The ‘Fit Mind’ Philosophy

The quality of your life is determined by the quality of your thoughts. I believe that we have the choice to choose the thoughts which will determine our actions and ultimately the outcomes in life.

I believe in constantly engaging and empowering our inner states to be victors, instead of victims of life circumstances. When we think we have ‘no option’, we’ve to realize there’s always an option; we always have a choice. We just have to reach deep into our inner resourcefulness to find the solution to make the change. That’s true mental fitness; how we can find the resourcefulness to solve and put our life puzzles together to fit the big picture.

The ultimate fitness is when we’re strong enough to help others and contribute to a bigger cause than our own.
